Losing weight can be difficult for most people, but if you define the reason of your failure, and the right individual remedy, it can be done!
- Define the culprit - Whether it be mindleess snacking, late night eating, eating fattening/unfresh food, eating a big portion of healthy food, not being physically active, succumbing to sweets temptations, figure out why you can't lose those pounds.
- Compromise with yourself - If you have a horrible sweet tooth, substitute full fat and sugar with low fat and low sugar version, OR have a smaller portion of full fat and sugar version depending on whether you want a bigger portion or a bigger flavor.
- Find your motivation dynamite - Whether it be a pair jeans you want to get into, or a wedding that is coming up in a couple weeks, find a few good reasons why you should stick with your plan. When you get tempted to binge and splurge, quickly go through your big motivations.
- It's all math - Remember, you are bound to lose weight if you use up more calories than what you intake. You can either eat and work out harder, or eat less and work out less harder. It's all up to what works for you!
- P,P and P - When you choose a plan that you can stick to for a long period of time, patience is only other ingredient you will need to succeed!
There is no known healthy way of losing weight fast, so take your time, know yourself, and think of it as finding the right balance between eating, fitness, and mind. Too much of anything is not good for you, so everything to the moderation! Good luck!
