Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
3 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt & pepper
In a small bowl, mix vinegar, dijon, salt and pepper.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking contents of bowl.
Dressing should thicken.
Serve over green salad.
Balsamic vinegar improves with age; buying aged balsamic adds a slightly sharper taste when it's used.
