Make Fettucine Alfredo
Fettucine alfredo is a simple but elegant meal

Ingredients (Serves 4 to 6)
- 1 lb. of fettucine
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 6 oz. of Locatelli Romano cheese, ungrated
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Butter, salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
Instructions- Bring a 4 quart pot of water to a furious boil;
- Stir in the pasta
- Add 2 tbs of oil
- When the pasta is firm ( al dente), remove and drain, shaking the pasta to remove excess water.
- In a large bowl, add the pasta, cream and salt and pepper. Toss thoroughly.
- Grate the cheese over the pasta as you toss, continuing to salt and pepper to taste.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg--the "secret ingredient" and toss.
- Add a final sprinkling of cheese and nutmeg and serve.
