Skirt steak is an inexpensive cut of beef from the cow's underside. It's tender and relatively fat-free. A sauce, or marinade, further tenderizes the beef, which is then grilled quickly and served rare.
Ingredients
1 skirt steak
2 tbs. olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, diced
tps of soy sauce
tps of chopped, fresh ginger
salt and pepper
1. Lay the steak out and cut into 2 or 3 pieces, depending upon size to fit your grill.
2. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir energetically
3. Coat the steaks with the sauce and leave out for one hour to marinate.
4 Grill or broil for 1-2 minutes on each side, depending on degree of rareness preferred.
5. Slice in 1/2 inch pieces and serve.
6.Salt and pepper to taste.

on step 6 add a little more lime
